How do I prevent Altitude Sickness (AMS)?
The golden rule for Ladakh is strict acclimatization. Upon arriving in Leh (11,500 ft), you must rest completely for 24-48 hours before traveling higher. Drink plenty of water and avoid strenuous activity on day one.
Are Inner Line Permits required?
Yes, permits are mandatory for both domestic and international tourists and its include in our Packages.
What is the best time to visit Ladakh?
The main tourist season runs from May to September when the highways are open and the weather is pleasant. However, winter trips (Jan-Feb) are becoming popular for snow leopards and the frozen river Chadar Trek.
